Hadith's from Imam Hosain (as); #7 Stating and completing proof and reason upon with Muslim Ibn Aqeel's (as) brothers.

After stating and completing proof and reason upon his companions as well as setting people free, with respect to leaving or standing, many of them chose to escape instead of standing. 72 of them were left. Imam (as) called Muslim Ibn. Aqeel's family:

:قال المام الحسين س

يا بَني عَقيلٍ حَسْبُكُمْ مِنَ الْقَتْل بِمُسْلِمٍ,
فَذْهَبُوا اَنْتُمْ فَقَدْ قَدْ اَذِنْتُ لَكُمْ1

"Oh children of Aqeel! Muslim's Shahaadat, was enough from your family. I give you permission to go back to your homes."


However the children of the free and noble man, Aqeel (as), stood and said:
"Oh Abaa Abdullah (as), leave you and go where? What would people say? And what answer could we give them? Tell them that we left our great commander and leader alone amongst the enemy; we defended him not with an arrow nor a sword?

We swear by God! We will never do this, instead we sacrifice our lives, possessions, women, and children for you."
