Hadith's from Imam Hosain (as); #5: Nobility with Companions.

Nobility with Companions:
Imam Hosain (as) in the bloody stance of Aashoora was fighting for freedom and liberation; he strengthened the soul of freedom from the beginning of movement until the day of his martyrdom. He was completely surrounded in the most sensitive moments of that day, when he was completely surrounded, he thought of freedom and the freedom of his companions. He gave the freedom of choice:

اَيُّهاَالنَّاسُ فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ يَصْبِرُ عَلي حَدَّ السَّيْفِ وَطَعْنِ الْسِنَّةِ فَليَقُمْ مَعَنَا وَ اِلّا فَلْيَنْصَرِفْ عَنَّا2

"Oh men; whom of ever you whom is able to take the sharpness of a sword and the beating of spears, should stand up with us, and if not he should leave us and save himself."
