Things needed:

Someone who can, needs to pass a bill in congress to allow people to choose to abstain from paying that portion of their taxes towards military coos and tyrannizing other countries around the world.   There should be a choices provided for each individual's 10-40 forms where they can choose how it  is to be spent.  This alone should put a big block in front of the government's atrocious behavior in invading other people's countries under the pretext of helping them or preventing any so called possible incursion's towards this country.
